Unprecedented Growth & Global Reach

In 2025, FCG delivered more than 200 professionally run junior golf tournaments, including regional, national, world-series events and international qualifiers held across the globe. These events attracted over 8,000 individual junior golfers representing more than 40 countries, creating one of the deepest and most diverse competitive platforms in junior golf.

From entry-level development events to elite championships featuring World Amateur Golf Ranking (WAGR) status and AJGA Performance Stars, FCG provided meaningful competitive pathways for players at every stage of development — locally, nationally, and internationally.

Enhanced FCG Callaway World Junior Golf Championship & College Faire

The 2025 FCG Callaway World Junior Golf Championship continued its rise as one of the largest and most prestigious junior golf championships in the world. With over 750 players qualifying through FCG events and international partner qualifiers, the championship showcased elite junior talent from across the globe.

A major highlight of the 2025 World Championship was the introduction of an enhanced College Faire, which brought 11 NCAA college golf programs together with players and families. This unique experience allowed student-athletes to engage directly with college coaches, gain recruiting education, and better understand scholarship and academic pathways — further strengthening FCG’s role in long-term player development.

Launch of Campus — Transforming the Recruiting Process

In 2025, FCG officially launched Campus, a cutting-edge recruiting and communication platform designed to modernize the connection between junior golfers and college coaches.

Campus allows players to build comprehensive profiles featuring tournament results, rankings, academic information, and performance media, while giving college coaches a centralized, efficient platform to discover, evaluate, and communicate with prospective student-athletes. Campus brings clarity, transparency, and structure to the recruiting process — benefiting players, families, and collegiate programs alike.

Groundbreaking Partnership with the Mexican Golf Federation

One of the most significant developments of the 2025 season was FCG’s groundbreaking partnership with the Mexican Golf Federation (FMG). Beginning in 2026, FMG Zone Directors will host seven official qualifying events across Mexico, with division winners earning exemptions into the 2026 FCG Callaway World Junior Golf Championship.

This federation-supported initiative creates a direct pathway for Mexican junior golfers to compete on the world stage while strengthening international collaboration and elevating junior golf development throughout the region. This partnership also supports the launch of the Three Nations Cup, a new international team competition featuring elite junior golfers from the United States, Mexico, and Canada.

Elite Competitive Progression & Pathway to Professional Golf

FCG took a significant step forward in 2025 by further bridging the gap between junior, collegiate, and professional golf. At the 19th Annual FCG National Junior Golf Championship, division winners earned two professional tournament exemptions, marking one of the most meaningful competitive advancements in FCG history.

This milestone reflects FCG’s continued evolution — not only as a premier junior golf tour, but as a true development pathway preparing elite players for college golf and the professional ranks.

Expanded Callaway Golf Partnership Through 2026

A cornerstone of FCG’s continued success is its long-standing partnership with Callaway Golf, which was officially renewed and extended through 2026. As Title Sponsor of the FCG Tour and Official Golf Ball Partner, Callaway’s commitment underscores its belief in FCG’s mission and impact on junior golf worldwide.

The renewed partnership enhances player experiences across all FCG events — from national championships to world-series competitions — while supporting innovation, elite competition standards, and global development opportunities. Callaway’s continued investment strengthens FCG’s ability to deliver championship-level events and meaningful pathways for aspiring players at every level.

Industry-Leading Sponsors Fueling Growth

In addition to Callaway Golf, FCG is proud to partner with an expanding roster of industry-leading brands committed to junior golf development, including Odyssey, KBS Golf Shafts, UpGame by Trackman, Miura Golf, Good Good Golf, Vovex Golf Technology, SParms, The Net Return, Golfshot, Strackaline, Motocaddy, UnderPar.com, Full Swing Simulators, and many others.

These partnerships elevate event quality, player benefits, performance analytics, and development opportunities throughout the FCG ecosystem.

A Proven Pathway to College Golf

FCG continues to serve as one of the most reliable pipelines to collegiate golf worldwide. More than 3,500 former FCG competitors are currently playing or have played college golf — a testament to FCG’s competitive structure, recruiting exposure, and commitment to long-term athlete development.

Looking Ahead to 2026

As Future Champions Golf enters its 20th year of operations in 2026, the momentum from 2025 — including global expansion, federation partnerships, the launch of Campus, enhanced championship experiences, professional exemptions, and strengthened sponsor relationships — positions FCG for its most impactful era yet.

Chris Smeal, Founder & President of Future Champions Golf, reflected on the milestone year:

“2025 was a defining year for Future Champions Golf. Hosting over 200 tournaments worldwide, expanding our federation partnerships, launching Campus, and creating direct pathways toward professional golf represent major steps forward for our players. With the continued support of Callaway Golf and our incredible partners, we’re entering 2026 stronger than ever.”
