The Indian Cricketers’ Association (ICA) announced a set of expanded welfare initiatives for its members including health initiatives and financial assistance.
The ICA, a BCCI-recognised body for the welfare of former cricketers, currently has over 1800 members with former India women’s team skipper Shantha Rangaswamy acting as the president and director. The eligibility requires male players to play 10 First-Class matches and women to participate in five.
