Match 1 – AEW Continental Championship Eliminator Match
Jon Moxley vs. Mark Davis
They lock up and Davis backs Moxley into the corner. Davis shoves Moxley down, but Moxley comes back and goes behind. Davis turns it into a wrist-lock, but Moxley counters into one of his own. Davis applies a waist-lock, but Moxley counters into a hammer-lock. Davis backs him into the ropes, but Moxley applies a side-headlock. Davis sends him off the ropes and drops him with a few shoulder tackles. Davis chokes Moxley over the middle rope and chops him in the corner. Moxley comes back with chops and goes for a sunset flip but Davis sits down on him.
Davis delivers elbow strikes in the corner and follows with a sliding elbow strike. Davis takes Moxley to the floor and chops him against the barricade. Davis delivers more chops, but Moxley comes back and manipulates Davis’s fingers. Moxley bites Davis’s hand and stomps it on the ring steps as the show heads to a commercial.
Back from the break, Davis grounds Moxley in the ring, but he is bleeding from his hand. Davis goes up top, but Moxley climbs and goes after his hand again. Moxley drops Davis with a superplex and follows with a PK for a one count. They exchange shots and Davis delivers an enzuigiri. Davis goes for a lariat, but Moxley ducks under and delivers a cutter. Moxley stomps on Davis’s hand, but Davis comes back with a back-drop suplex. Moxley delivers a few lariats, but Davis kicks him away and delivers one of his own. Davis goes for a piledriver, but Moxley gets free and gets a roll-up for a two count.
Davis delivers a gut-wrench piledriver and goes for the cover, but Moxley kicks out at two. Davis applies a sleeper hold, but Moxley slaps him across the face. Davis delivers a lariat and goes for an enzuigiri, but Moxley dodges and delivers a stomp. They both go for lariats and Davis sets up for a piledriver, but Moxley counters into the Bulldog Choke and Davis taps out.

Comments from Adam Page after his victory over Andrade El Idolo at Grand Slam Australia airs. He says he is coming for MJF and the AEW World Championship, and he will end him to take it.

Back from the break, FTR and Stokely are in the ring. Dax Harwood says he has been trying to figure out why The Young Bucks came to the ring and attacked them from behind, but then it dawned on him. Harwood says the Bucks were the best tag team in the world in 2016, but now they are sitting in second place to the best tag team of this generation.
Stokely says the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result, and that is what they are doing with the Bucks. Stokely says the Bucks shook hands after their match last week, even though they tried to run Private Party out of AEW a year ago. Stokely says the Bucks are at the top of FTR’s hate list, and their family is right below them.
The Bucks hit the ring and lay out Harwood and Cash Wheeler with superkicks as Stokely doesn’t notice. The Bucks stand behind Stokely as he finally realizes what happened, and then he tries to beg off. The Bucks turn to leave, but then lay Stokely out with superkicks as well. The Bucks say they are the number one contenders and they want their title match at Revolution.

Brodido are shown backstage at Grand Slam. Brody King says MJF lucked his way into another win. King says to bring the biggest and the baddest, because he is getting back into the title picture next week. King says he is looking for a fight.

Match 2 – AEW TBS Championship – Four-Way Match
Willow Nightingale (c) vs. Marina Shafir vs. Megan Bayne vs. Mina Shirakawa
Shafir tosses Shirakawa to the outside as Bayne goes after Nightingale. Bayne and Shafir double-team Nightingale in the ring, but Nightingale comes back with elbows and kicks. Nightingale sends them to the floor and drops them with a cannonball from the apron. Shiarakwa drops all three of them with a dive from the top and gets Shafir back into the ring. Shiarakwa splashes onto Shafir, but only gets a two count. Shafir comes back with chops and tosses Shirakawa to the floor. Nightingale and Bayne come back into the ring, and Nightingale delivers a double lung-blower to Shafir and Bayne.
Nightingale splashes them in the corner, but Shafir comes back with body shots and puts Nightingale up top. Bayne connects with an elbow strike and drops Nightingale with a hurricanrana. Shafir sends Nightingale to the floor and Bayne throws Shirakawa onto Shafir and Nightingale as the show heads to a commercial.
Back from the break, Nightingale drops Shafir with a back elbow. Shirakawa kicks Shafir in the head and delivers a kick to Bayne as well. Shirakawa launches off of Bayne and gets a two count on Shafir. Bayne and Shafir collide, and Shirakawa takes Bayne down. Nightingale breaks up the pin attempt and delivers spine-busters all around. Nightingale goes for the cover on Shirakawa, but Shafir breaks it up. Shirakawa delivers shots to Bayne and Shafir, but Bayne and Nightingale drop Shirakawa and Shafir with clotheslines. Bayne and Nightingale drop each other with clotheslines.
Nightingale slams Bayne down, and then Shafir slams Nightingale. Shirakawa drops Shafir with a DDT, and then Bayne drops Shirakawa with a leaing lariat. Bayne drops all three with a dive through the ropes and gets Shirakawa back into the ring. Shafir pulls bayne off the apron, and they exchange shots on the outside. Bayne throws Shafir into the timekeeper’s area and goes top. Nightingale cuts her off and suplexes her to the mat. Shirakawa drops Nightingale with a dropkick and delivers rolling elbow strikes. Shirakawa delivers a spinning back fist and goes for the Figure Four, but Nightingale rolls her up for the pin fall.

Adam Page and MJF make their way to the ring. MJF tells Page that he hates everything about him and hates when the crowd chants for him. MJF says it makes him want to puke knowing that Page has two wins over him. MJF says Page isn’t better than him and is just a lucky shot. MJF says Page has had the opportunity to be the guy twice, and crumbled under the pressure both times. MJF says Page is out of bullets and he can’t think of a better birthday gift that ridding the world of Page at Revolution.
Page says he isn’t the lucky one in the ring, but MJF is. Page says MJF collected the spoils of better men and says he hates MJF so much worse. Page says MJF is desperate for love and acceptance, and he knows how much he wants to feel it from the crowd. Page says they have both always needed the title, and he says their match at Revolution needs a stipulation. Page says he knows what the match should be, but tells MJF to think it about it as well. Page then says once MJF knows, then they should let the people decide.
MJF says if Page thinks they are doing anything other than a real wrestling match, he is out of his mind. Page says MJF is scared and has always been a coward, but if he agrees to this he will give him something. Page says if MJF agrees, he will give his word that he will never challenge for the title again. MJF says Page has a deal, but he needs a week to think over his stipulation because, unlike Page, he doesn’t shoot first and ask questions later. Page says he already knows his stipulation, which is Texas Death.

The Death Riders are backstage, and PAC says if the Don Callis Family wants to continue to fight, they can gather up a few of themselves and meet them on Collision this Saturday. Daniel Garcia says they are going to take care of business, and then Moxley challenges Konosuke Takeshita to a no time limit match for the Continental Championship at Revolution.

Match 3 – Tag Team Match
Clark Connors and Gabe Kidd vs. Orange Cassidy and Tomohiro Ishii
Kidd and Cassidy start the match. Cassidy dodges Kidd’s strikes and tags in Ishii. Connors attacks Ishii from behind, and Kidd knocks Cassidy to the floor. Kidd slams Ishii into the corner and tags in Connors. Cassidy comes back, and he and Ishii double-team Connors. Cassidy goes for the cover, but Connors kicks out at two. Connors backs Cassidy into the corner, but Cassidy delivers elbows to Connors and Kidd. Cassidy drops Connors with a flying elbow strike, but Kidd grabs him and slams him into the ring apron. Kidd suplexes Cassidy and Connors drops him with a shoulder tackle. Kidd sends Ishii into the commentary table as the show heads to a commercial.
Back from the break, Ishii tags in and he and Kidd exchange chops. Kidd bites Ishii’s head. Ishii drops Kidd with a shoulder tackle, but Kidd drops him with a lariat. Connors tags in, but Ishii drops him with a back-drop suplex. Kidd comes back in with shots, but Ishii drops him with a clothesline. Connor delivers a powerslam to Ishii, but Cassidy takes Connors down. Cassidy sends Kidd into the barricade with a dive, and then Connors rakes Ishii’s eyes. Kidd tries to take Cassidy over the barricade, but Darby Allin attacks him and drags him away. Cassidy delivers the Orange Punch to Connors, and Ishii follows with a brain-buster for the pin fall.

Backstage, The Don Callis Family are attacking numerous guys backstage. Josh Alexander says they will see them at Collision, and then Callis walks up. Callis says Takeshita isn’t here tonight, but he accepts Moxley’s challenge for him. Kazuchika Okada walks up and says he is a champion unlike Takeshita and shows up to do his job. Okada brings in Idolo, who says he is still focused on the world title. Callis says Claudio Castagnoli walks around with the CMLL World Heavyweight title, and that would look great in the Family.

Backstage, Hook says The Opps are recruiting. He says he sent Katsuyori Shibata to Japan for international recruiting, while he will handle the local recruiting. Hook says he knows about recruiting as a former Division I athlete, and he is also the boss of the Opps.

Match 4 – Tag Team Match
The Brawling Birds (Alex Windsor and Jamie Hayter) vs. Becca and Viva Van
Windsor beats Van down in the corner, but Van comes back with body shots. Windsor applies a side-headlock and follows with an elbow strike Van comes back with a throat punch and follows with chops before applying a side-headlock. Hayter tags in and kicks Van in the face as Windsor gets her on the mat. Hayter delivers right hands and follows with a snap suplex. Hayter chops Van in the corner as Windsor tags back in. They double-team Van with chops and Windsor goes for the Sharpshooter, but Van kicks her away. Van connects with up kicks and escapes to make the tag to Becca.
Becca delivers shots to the Birds, but they come back with elbow strikes. Becca comes back with a double springboard stunner and connects with a back elbow to Windsor in the corner. Windsor comes back and catapults Becca into Hayter, who delivers a back-breaker. Becca gets dropped with a lariat, and then Van gets knocked to the floor. The Birds deliver back elbows again, and then slam Becca to the mat for the pin fall.

Renee interviews Kris Statlander and Thunder Rosa backstage. Statlander says she wants to fight with the Triange of Madness, and Rosa says she has been cleared and doesn’t like what she sees happening to Statlander. Rosa says she will have Statlander’s back, and Statlanders tells her it’s dangerous and to watch her back.

Match 5 – Singles Match
Kevin Knight (w/Mike Bailey) vs. The Beast Mortos
Knight leapfrogs and causes Mortos to go to the floor. Knight takes him down and gets him back into the ring. They both run the ropes and dodge moves before Mortos delivers a corkscrew elbow strike. Mortos sends Knight to the corner and charges with a knee, but Knight dodges and Mortos spills to the floor. Knight drops him with a dive off the top as the show heads to a commercial.
Back from the break, Mortos chops Knight against the ropes. Knight goes for a kick, but Mortos sends him to the floor. Mortos drops him with a tornillo through the ropes and gets him back into the ring. Knight comes back with shots and runs the ropes, but Mortos drops him with a Samoan Drop for a two count. Mortos goes for a press slam, but Knight gets free. Mortos delivers a headbutt, but Knight comes back with a dropkick. Knight delivers a leaping clothesline and follows with a scoop slam. Knight connects with a splash and goes for the cover, but Mortos kicks out at two.
Mortos kicks Knight in the face, but Knight comes back with a hurricanrana. Knight follows with a pendulum DDT and connects with the UFO Splash for the pin fall.

They challenge Jet Set Rodeo to put the AEW World Trios Championship on the line this Saturday on Collision. They turn around and find a knife stabbed into their name plate on their locker room door.

Match 6 – Singles Match
Kenny Omega vs. Swerve Strickland (w/Prince Nana)
They lock up and Omega sends Strickland off the ropes. Strickland drops him with a shoulder tackle, but Omega slaps him in the face. Omega comes back with a shoulder tackle of his own, but then Strickland slaps him in the face. They exchange shots, and Omega sends Strickland to the outside. Omega runs the ropes, but Strickland comes back and drops him with a shot. Strickland sends Omega to the floor and drops him with a knee strike over the top rope. Strickland slams Omega into the barricade and the steps, but Omega comes back with a chop.
Omega sends Strickland over the barricade and delivers an elbow to the midsection. Omega drops Strickland with a moonsault press from the barricade as the show heads to a commercial.
Back from the break, Strickland gets Omega in the corner. Omega comes back with a kick to the face, but Omega comes right back and takes him down. Omega delivers double ax-handles, but Strickland comes back with a chop. Omega delivers a basement dropkick and slams Strickland down. Omega kicks Strickland in the midsection and goes for the cover, but Strickland kicks out at two. Omega delivers a rolling senton and follows with a moonsault for another two count. Strickland comes back with a shot and gets Omega up top.
Omega counters out and slams Strickland’s face into the turnbuckle steel. Omega delivers a snap-dragon suplex and follows with a knee strike for a two count. Omega delivers another knee strike, a third, and goes for a fourth, but Strickland dodges it and delivers a back-breaker. Strickland dropkicks Omega to the apron and slams his head into the turnbuckle repeatedly. Strickland sets up for a vertebreaker on the apron, but Omega gets free and delivers a snap-dragon. Omega goes for a snap-dragon from the apron to the floor, but Strickland delivers back elbows.
Omega clubs Strickland in the back a few times and goes for a German suplex, but Strickland lands on his feet and delivers a brain-buster to the floor. Strickland gets Omega back into the ring and delivers a 450 splash to his back, but only gets a two count. Omega comes back with a few strikes and follows with a knee strike in the corner. Omega puts Strickland up top and delivers an avalanche dragon suplex for a two count. Omega goes for the V Trigger, but it connects with the referee as she was checking on Strickland. Omega goes for the One Winged Angel, but Strickland gets free.
Strickland delivers the House Call and goes for the cover, but the referee is still down. Strickland delivers the Swerve Stomp on the apron and catapults him into the exposed steel in the corner. Strickland delivers another Swerve Stomp and goes for the cover as another referee gets into the ring, but Omega kicks out at two. Strickland goes for the House Call, but Omega dodges and delivers a snap-dragon. Omega delivers the V Trigger and connects with a reverse hurricanrana. Omega goes for the One Winged Angel, but Strickland counters and kicks him in the face.
Omega comes back with another knee strike and goes for the V Trigger, but Strickland counters with the House Call. Strickland delivers Big Pressure and gets the pin fall.
Winner: Swerve Strickland
-After the match, Strickland continues to attack Omega. Strickland throws the referee out of the ring and grabs his chain. Strickland wraps the chain around Omega’s neck and hangs him over the top rope before dropping him to the floor. Strickland drives Omega through the commentary table with a vertebreaker as the show comes to a close.
