On August 30, All Elite Wrestling taped matches for the September 1 episode of AEW Rampage from the NOW Arena in Chicago, Illinois.

• John Silver & Alex Reynolds won a Battle Royal; with the win, they earn a shot at the ROH World Tag Team Championship at AEW All Out.
• At the announcers’ desk, Chris Jericho got into a fight with Aussie Open, and Sammy Guevara came out to help him.
• Nick Wayne & El Hijo del Vikingo defeated Kip Sabian & Gringo Loco
• Hangman Page defeated Bryan Keith.
• Skye Blue & Willow Nightingale defeated Anna Jay & Taya Valkyrie
