Indiana PGA Recognizes 2025 Players of the Year

February 24, 2026 (MUNCIE, IN)

The Indiana PGA proudly recognized its 2025 Players of the Year during the Annual Business Meeting on February 23 at the Horizon Convention Center in Muncie, Indiana. The Player of the Year awards celebrate competitive excellence across the Section, honoring PGA Professionals whose performances throughout the season set the standard in their respective divisions.

Congratulations to all of our 2025 Player of the Year recipients on outstanding seasons and well-earned recognition.


Eric Steger, PGA

2025 Indiana PGA Player of the Year

Eric Steger delivered one of the most impressive competitive seasons in recent Indiana PGA history, earning Player of the Year honors through consistent excellence and standout performances across the Section and nationally.

Steger recorded runner-up finishes at both the PGA Southern Open and PGA Northern Open, before capturing the Club Car Stroke Play Championship at Broadmoor with a closing round of 67. He added a third-place finish at the Section Professional Championship, qualifying for the 2026 PGA Professional Championship at Bandon Dunes, and closed the Section season with a victory at the PGA Fall Stableford at Ulen Country Club.

The highlight of Steger’s year came on the national stage, where he finished ninth at the PGA Professional Championship—earning a coveted spot in the 2025 PGA Championship at Quail Hollow. His performance against the strongest fields in the profession solidified his place atop the Indiana PGA standings.


Gary Robison, PGA

2025 Indiana PGA Senior Player of the Year

Gary Robison’s 2025 season was defined by consistency and competitive excellence, earning him Senior Player of the Year honors in a highly competitive division.

Robison was the low senior at the PGA Southern Open and followed that performance by tying for second-low professional at the PGA Senior Open. He continued his strong play with a second-low senior professional finish at the Northern Open and a low senior performance at the Monticello Open at Tippecanoe Country Club.

Robison claimed the Indiana PGA Senior Professional Championship and capped off his season with a runner-up finish at the Fall Stableford, securing his place as the Section’s top senior competitor for the year.


Nick Bienz, PGA

2025 Indiana PGA Assistant Player of the Year

Nick Bienz put together a breakthrough season in 2025, highlighted by steady top finishes and a signature championship victory.

Bienz opened the year with a top-10 finish at the Club Car Series at Hillview Country Club, followed by a runner-up finish at the PGA Indianapolis Open. He continued his strong play with a second-place finish at the Indiana PGA Assistant Championship and another runner-up showing at the Fall Stableford at Ulen Country Club.

The defining moment of Bienz’s season came at the Indiana Open Championship at Delaware Country Club, where he captured the title with a three-day total of 13-under-par, earning Assistant Player of the Year honors.


Meghan Musk, PGA

2025 Brittany Kelly Indiana PGA Women’s Player of the Year

Meghan Musk’s 2025 season showcased consistency and competitive excellence, earning her Brittany Kelly Women’s Player of the Year honors.

Musk was the low women’s professional at the Club Car Series at Hillview Country Club and the PGA Southern Open, and continued her strong play by finishing as the low women’s PGA Professional at the Indiana Women’s Open at Delaware Country Club. She closed the season as the low women’s professional at the PGA Fall Stableford at Ulen Country Club.

Her standout performance came at the Indiana PGA Professional Championship, where Musk finished seventh overall in the field—highlighting her ability to compete at the highest level within the Section.


The Indiana PGA congratulates all of its 2025 Players of the Year and thanks them for representing the Section with professionalism, sportsmanship, and competitive excellence throughout the season.
