London, ON – Since 2015, the APC United Late Model Series presented by Castrol has been a staple in the Ontario short track racing scene, which will continue once again in 2026 as we head into our 12th season of Pro Late Model competition with the top drivers in Ontario. As always, the usual number of laps for any event is the traditional 100 laps and, as details unfold, we plan on announcing a few new wrinkles for 2026.
The season will start on its familiar Victoria Day long weekend, Saturday May 16th at Delaware Speedway, located just outside of London, ON, where teams, sponsors and fans will get to see two days of racing along with camping and fun to kick off the summer in Ontario.
The series goes on a summer stretch beginning with Flamboro Speedway, near Hamilton, ON, which will host a pair of events again in 2026. “Hamilton’s Asphalt Arena” never disappoints. The stars of the APC Series will once again visit “Canada’s Toughest 1/3rd mile”, Peterborough Speedway, on June 13th, where the racing has been fantastic and is becoming a must-attend event. From there, drivers and fans will celebrate Canada Day with a big weekend on June 26th & 27th at Delaware Speedway for the halfway point of the season.
Our first of two visits to “The Beach,” Sauble Speedway, will be on August 1st for the Civic Holiday long weekend, which is always ultra popular with fans and teams, followed by race two there on August 22nd. The series will then head back to the half-mile at Delaware Speedway for the Great Canadian Race Weekend, which is one of Canada’s biggest oval events and where the 2026 APC Series Champion will be crowned.
More information, such as race formats and lengths, along with sponsorship announcements, will follow in the coming months. Please follow our social channels and check our website.
