2026 Enterprise Cup semi-final pairings

The Enterprise Cup semi-final pairings have been confirmed following the cross-border quarterfinals played in Kenya and Uganda on Saturday, March 21.

The last four now features a balanced mix of Kenya’s top sides and one Ugandan representative, setting up two high-stakes clashes.

Enterprise Cup 1st semi

The first semi-final will see a familiar rivalry as defending champions Kabras RFC face Menengai Oilers in a Rai Derby. The fixture is a repeat of last year’s final, where Kabras edged Oilers to secure their fifth consecutive Enterprise Cup title.

In the second semi-final, Ugandan champions Black Pirates will take on Nondescripts RFC, who are also the all-time leading winners of the competition.

EDITOR’S PICKS:

All four teams booked their places in the semis with convincing performances in the quarterfinals. Black Pirates are the only Ugandan side to progress, having produced the biggest upset of the round with a narrow 11–10 win over KCB Rugby in Kampala. The result extended KCB’s wait for an Enterprise Cup title, which dates back to 2017.

Kabras RFC underlined their title credentials with a dominant 61–19 victory over Uganda’s record champions Heathens at the Royal Mutesa II Stadium in Wankulukuku, marking yet another strong statement as they chase a sixth straight crown.

Menengai Oilers were equally impressive, cruising to a 60–15 win over Buffaloes at the ASK Showground in Nakuru, while Nondescripts RFC delivered a composed performance to see off Kobs 29–13 at the same venue.
