In a recent development coming in ahead of the Indian Premier League (IPL 2025) retention deadline, last season’s runners-up Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) are set to go all out by paying their top retention a staggering amount of INR 23 crores.
South Africa power-hitter Heinrich Klaasen will be the first retained player for the franchise at the exorbitant amount, followed by Australian allrounder and franchise skipper Pat Cummins at 18 crores and India allrounder Abhishek Sharma at INR 14 crores.
