It was a solid performance from everyone on the Warriors squad, be it the starters or the bench players, as all players acknowledged their responsibility on both ends of the court.

Stephen Curry and Jimmy Butler deliver at the highest level

In a win like this, you need your superstars to step up and deliver for you. That’s exactly what the Golden State Warriors got from Stephen Curry and Jimmy Butler.

Curry was his brilliant self, scoring 26 points, dishing out 5 assists, and grabbing 3 steals. Despite his rough night shooting from beyond the arc, Curry made sure to lead his team in the best way.

As for Jimmy Butler, his signature hustle and poise were on full display, as he delivered an efficient 21 points on 7-9 shooting.

If the Warriors can get this level of performance from their two superstars on a nightly basis, they can quickly dig themselves out of this hole of mediocrity they find themselves in.

Brandin Podziemski repays faith from Steve Kerr with solid bench outing

Coming into the season, there was a lot of talk about Brandin Podziemski regressing as a Warriors star. After his rookie year, Podz had been somewhat underwhelming when given a bigger role.

Despite this, Steve Kerr kept his faith in Podziemski, giving him multiple opportunities to play and make an impact on the court.

Kerr admitted Podziemski wasn’t at his best early in the season. But tonight, it looked like he found his groove, delivering an exceptional performance off the bench.

Podz scored 16 points on 6-10 shooting, including going 2-5 from the field. But perhaps the most telling stat was the fact that he finished the game +36, the highest of any Warriors star.

Moses Moody proves he is the perfect starter for Golden State Warriors

Another young player who stepped up for the Warriors was Moses Moody, who delivered an excellent 20-point performance on 8-11 shooting.

Moody’s numbers supported his recent starting role, and his performance tonight further reinforced his role on the Warriors.

Moody was initially starting in Jimmy Butler’s absence, but he cemented his place on the team with his sustained excellence.

Much like Podziemski, Moody had an excellent game in the plus/minus department, ending the game with a stellar +23 in the box score.
