3 Tamil Nadu cricketers Hemang Badani might target for Delhi capitals

Delhi Capitals made an interesting selection as the Head Coach. They have hired Hemang Badani for the rule. It was in the TNPL and various other opportunities in Tamil Nadu that Badani honed his coaching skills. He also has a strong knowledge of Tamil Nadu cricket. Hence, he will surely target some fine players from that region. On that note, here, we take a look at the list of three Tamil Nadu cricketers Hemang Badani might target for Delhi capitals.

1) Gurjapneet Singh

Gurjapneet Singh is a rising sensation in Tamil Nadu. A tall left-arm pacer, he is very exciting and is already off to a fine debut in the Ranji Trophy.

While the first preference to bring back Khaleel Ahmed to the Arun Jaitley Stadium, if he is not available, DC could consider the new star. He might also offer an incentive as a long-term option.

2) T Natarajan

T Natarajan is one of the Tamil Nadu cricketers Hemang Badani might target for Delhi capitals. SRH may not be able to afford T Natarajan as a retention. The RTM cards may not be available to use on him.

Hence, Nattu will be accessible for all the squads. Badani could try to hire him as the defensive pace option. The Tamil Nadu pacer has enough experience in the IPL to become of the pace leaders for the side.

3) M Shahrukh Khan

M Shahrukh Khan has been a consistent performer at TNPL. However, in the IPL, he is yet to fire. A new franchise awaits him in the coming campaign.

Delhi Capitals will try to retain Tristan Stubbs. While he will be the lead finisher, the team might need a good No.6 option. Shahrukh fits the bill. His right-arm off-spin will also complement the likes of Axar Patel and Kuldeep Yadav in the spin department.
