UFC 324: ‘Gaethje vs. Pimblett’ Live Results and Highlights

The Octagon returns to T-Mobile Arena for tonight’s UFC 324 event, a 12-bout fight card headlined by Justin Gaethje vs. Paddy Pimblett.

Gaethje (26-5 MMA) will be looking to reclaim the promotion‘s interim lightweight title when he collides with Pimblett in this evening’s main event. ‘The Highlight’ was most previously seen in action in March of 2025 at UFC 313, where he defeated Rafael Fiziev by unanimous decision in a ‘Fight of the Night‘ performance. Prior to that triumph, the 37-year-old has suffered a brutal knockout loss at the hands of Max Holloway at UFC 300.

Meanwhile, Paddy Pimblett (23-3 MMA) will enter tonight’s headliner sporting an eight-fight winning streak, his most recent victory coming by way of TKO over Michael Chandler at last April’s UFC 314 event. Prior to that win, ‘The Baddy’ was coming off a first-round submission victory over King Green at UFC 304.

UFC 324 is co-headlined by a highly anticipated men’s bantamweight bout featuring former champion Sean O’Malley taking on Song Yadong.

O’Malley (18-3 MMA) will be returning to action for the first time since UFC 316, where he suffered a submission loss to Merab Dvalishvili. That setback marked Sean’s second defeat in a row, as he was previously dethroned by ‘The Machine’ at UFC 306 in September of 2024. ‘Suga’ registered his most recent win back in March of 2024, where he defeated Marlon Vera by unanimous decision.

Meanwhile, Song Yadong (22-8-1 MMA) most previously competed 11 months ago, where he earned a technical decision victory over Henry Cejudo. ‘The Kung Fu Kid’ has gone 3-2 over his past five Octagon appearances, this while suffering losses to Cory Sandhagen and Petr Yan respectively.

Also featured on tonight’s UFC 324 main card lineup is a heavyweight contest between Derrick Lewis and Waldo Cortes-Acosta.

Lewis (29-12 MMA) will enter the contest on a two-fight winning streak, this after earning back-to-back TKO victories over Rodrigo Nascimento and Tallison Teixeira in his most recent Octagon appearances. ‘The Black Beast‘ has gone 3-2 over his past five fights overall.

Meanwhile, Waldo Cortes-Acosta (16-2 MMA) is also riding a two-fight win streak, this after earning back-to-back first-round knockout wins over Ante Delija and Shamil Gaziev. ‘Salsa Boy’ has gone 4-1 over his past five fights, with his lone loss in that stretch coming against Sergei Pavlovich.

If that wasn’t enough to get you interested, the UFC 324 main card lineup is kicked off by a featherweight bout between Arnold Allen and Jean Silva.

Allen (20-3 MMA) most recently competed at UFC 304 in July of 2024, where he defeated Giga Chikadze by way of unanimous decision. That victory snapped a two-fight losing skid for ‘Almighty’, as the Brit had previously dropped decision setbacks to Movsar Evloev and Max Holloway respectively.

Meanwhile, Jean Silva (16-3 MMA) will enter tonight’s contest looking to rebound, this after suffering a TKO loss to Diego Lopes in his most recent effort last September. Prior to that setback, ‘Lord’ was riding a 12-fight winning streak, a stretch that included stoppage wins over Bryce Mitchell, Drew Dober and Charles Jourdain.
