Fresh from last weeks excellent home performance v Monkstown, Dolphin made it 10/10 points in a week at Virgin Media Park.

Ballyclare and Dolphin were neck and neck in the table, Dolphin just a BP ahead.

An early try from Dalton O’Shaughnessy, converted by Hunter Yarrell settled the home side.

Team captain Craig O’Connell, extended the lead with a 2nd try which Hunter converted.

As we headed towards  the break, Cam O’Shaughnessy used his nimble feet to score another try which Hunter once again converted.

The Ulster side were still in the game and got an converted try to narrow the gap to 21-7. Dolphin finally got the bonus point try from Dalton O’Shaughnessy and Hunter kept up his 100% kicking record and Dolphin were 28-7 ahead.

Interestingly it was the 2nd game in a row and the 3rd this season that both O’Shaughnessy brothers scored in the same game.
