GLORY 105: Last Heavyweight Standing Finals Set to Crown New Heavyweight World ChampionA New King Will Rise at GLORY 105: Last Heavyweight Standing Finals

A new era in heavyweight kickboxing will officially begin this Saturday, February 7, as GLORY Kickboxing crowns a new heavyweight world champion during GLORY 105: Last Heavyweight Standing Finals at the iconic GelreDome in Arnhem, the Netherlands.

Eight of the most dangerous and electrifying heavyweights on the planet are set to collide in a one-night tournament that will determine who earns the right to be called the new “King of Kickboxing.” With the vacant GLORY Heavyweight World Title on the line, careers, legacies, and pride hang in the balance.

Tension Peaks at Amsterdam Press Conference

The intensity reached a boiling point on Wednesday afternoon in Amsterdam, where all eight finalists came face-to-face at a heated pre-fight press conference. Verbal jabs were exchanged, tempers flared, and rivalries intensified as the fighters looked ahead to the biggest night of their professional lives.

Quarterfinal Matchups Set the Stage

The Last Heavyweight Standing Finals kick off with four explosive quarterfinal bouts:

  • Anis Bouzid (48-4, 37 KO), the Belgian-Moroccan powerhouse, squares off with legendary knockout artist Errol Zimmerman (112-20-1, 45 KO).
  • Serbian wrecking machine Milos Cvjeticanin (17-5, 10 KO) faces France’s top-ranked heavyweight Sofian Laidouni (42-5-1, 20 KO) in a clash of precision and power.
  • Fan favorite Tariq “Cookie” Osaro (29-4-1, 16 KO) collides with the relentless Nidal “The Soldier” Bchiri (20-5-1, 5 KO).
  • Bitter rivals Mory “The Black Ghost” Kromah (35-3-1, 21 KO) and Michael “Timebomb” Boapeah (23-5-1, 29 KO) finally settle the score inside the ring.

Only one will survive the gauntlet and leave Arnhem wearing GLORY gold.

High-Impact Superfights Add Firepower

Beyond the tournament, GLORY 105 delivers a stacked card filled with elite talent.
Heavy hitter Bahram Rajabzadeh (72-6, 64 KO) meets Cristian “The Gladiator” Ristea (44-27, 13 KO) in a must-watch heavyweight co-main event.

Undefeated GLORY standout Hamicha (42-2, 31 KO) puts his perfect promotional record on the line against late replacement Brice Kombou (20-6, 5 KO) in a dangerous catchweight bout.

The main card opens with featherweights Andre Santos (23-2, 10 KO) and Deniz Demirkapu (15-5, 10 KO), while the GLORY 105 Superfight Series is headlined by an explosive light heavyweight showdown between Luis Tavares (64-10, 21 KO) and Alin Nechita (19-3, 8 KO).
