Scotland teams will compete this weekend in international cross country action.
Parliament Hill in London hosts the Home Countries XC International featuring Scotland, England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
The Celtic Nations XC takes place within these races – on Saturday – with Ireland added and England not involved.
Scotland compete at Senior and U20 in the Home Countries event and across U23, U20 and U17 in the Celtic Nations XC event.
