The Forbidden Door may not be open—but that didn’t stop two of wrestling’s top stars from crossing paths in public.
On Thursday, February 5, 2026, WWE’s Seth Rollins and AEW World Champion MJF were spotted having a conversation at Super Bowl radio row in the San Francisco Bay Area. Video clips quickly surfaced online showing the two megastars sharing a tense stare-down… before breaking into laughter and shaking hands.
Interestingly, this isn’t the first time MJF has publicly acknowledged Rollins. During a July 2025 appearance on Busted Open Radio, the AEW champ gave the WWE veteran major respect:
“Seth Rollins is a freak of nature. He’s going to go down as one of the greatest faces in the history of that company. The same way I’m going to go down as one of the biggest faces in the history of my company. When you think of these promotions, when you think of WWE, you think Seth. When you think of AEW, you think me. I find him to be extraordinarily talented.”
Fast-forward to today—and seeing the two interact face-to-face only added fuel to fans’ dreams of a cross-promotional showdown.
