Held in aid of Blackheath Rugby and Cardiac Risk in the Young, almost 270 people came together to celebrate all that is wonderful about our game and our Club. A heads ‘n’ tails competition and a putting competition ran either side of a tasty thee-course lunch, Chris Mills from Richmond FC kept the bids coming in quickly with our live auction, we were led through a rousing singalong by Simon Greenhill and friends, and Wayne Barnes entertained us with stories from his time as an international referee.
Thank you to everyone who came, to those who donated raffle prizes and auction lots, and to our generous sponsors for the day. Not forgetting, of course, a huge thank you to the event team, without whom this would simply not have been possible.
