Las Vegas, NV (February 11th, 2026)– Zuffa Boxing 3 and Paramount + will present an eight-bout card of professional boxing on Sunday, February 15, 2026, at Meta Apex in Las Vegas, Nevada, featuring the 10-round main event heavyweight bout between Efe Ajagba and former International Boxing Federation World Heavyweight champion Charles Martin.
Ajagba, 20-1-1 with 14 knockouts, age 31, Stafford, Texas, by way of Nigeria, 6’6″ and 85 inches of reach, is currently ranked as the number 11 heavyweight in the world on BoxRec and is riding a six-bout unbeaten string. Ajagba will have youth, height, and reach advantage over aging ex-champ Charles Martin in this encounter.
Martin, 30-4-1 with 27 knockouts, a southpaw from Arizona standing 6’5″ with 80 inches of reach, age 39, held the IBF heavyweight title for 85 days in 2016 before losing it by knockout to Anthony Joshua in 2016, the second shortest heavyweight title reign in history. (Tony Tucker held the IBF title for 64 days in 1987).
Ajagba is the Oddschecker odds favorite at 1/6 (-600) to 1/9, with Martin as the underdog at 11/2 (+550). A $600 bet for Ajagba returns $100, while a $100 bet for Martin returns $550. Betters favor Ajagba by knockout or stoppage. Odds of a 10-round draw are 20/1. DraftKings favors Ajagba -750 to Martin at +$475. Percentage odds favor Ajagba 97 percent to three percent for Martin, who is coming off major losses to Luis Ortiz and Jared Anderson and has been inactive for 15 months.
Ajagba is the clear favorite, has the superior technical skill, and is 4-1-1 in 10-round bouts that have gone the distance. Martin has the edge in experience and power, with 27 of his 30 victories by knockout, but with no wins by decision at eight or 10 rounds. Ajagba has a strong, straight right hand, the same right hand Anthony Joshua used to knock out the huge Martin. Ajagba has been in with Martin Bakole and Frank Sanchez but could not win. This is an easier bout for him against the aging and limited Martin. As a former world champion, Martin is a name and has been training for this bout, but lacks the technical expertise to defeat a truly skilled boxer like Ajagba, beyond surviving a few of the early rounds.
Zuffa Boxing and Paramount + are part of the new wave of boxing. Getting a former world heavyweight champion to appear on their televised card is certainly a plus for Paramount +. However, this heavyweight bout is not predicted to be a good fight while it lasts. Ajagba is predicted to win this bout by knockout, with Martin’s career drawing to a close with this final payday bout. Ajagba, who is an improving fighter with skills, will land jabs and overhand rights with consistency and break down Martin early with superior punch count volume. Martin tries hard, but ultimately is too slow for tactical technical boxers, and has no game plan other than overpowering limited opponents.
