A third consecutive race weekend with the Gedlich Racing Series sees them moves along the coast to the Spanish circuit of Valencia for this weekend’s third round of their GT4 Winter Series.
Whilst the two Aston Martin Racing Vantage GT3 powered entries that ran in last weekend’s non-championship round of Portimao have moved on, we are back to the (so far) two AMR Vantage GT4 entries that will compete within the aptly named GT4 Winter Series again.
The provisional entry shows both the #007 Pro-Am entered Araujo Competicao and the #700 Mucke Motorsport AMR’s back in action and whilst we suspect that the advertised driver entry of Bruno Pereira and Goncalo Araujo may not necessarily be racing together within the #007 car whilst the #700 Club class Mucke car of Thilo Goos and Mattis Pluschkell has remained a constant so far.
Races so far at Estoril and Portimao have seen both cars within their class podium structure across the three races per weekend format and this weekend will probably be no different.
There was a third AMR Vantage GT4 running at the earlier private test sessions at the Circuit Ricardo Tormo in Valencia, that of the Racar Motorsport entered Vantage GT4 Evo of Vasco Oliveira but that has been there solely for private testing only rather than being entered into the Winter Series itself.
