Ruben Loftus-Cheek scored to give Milan the lead in Pisa this evening, as the Englishman makes it back-to-back games with a goal.

However, it was not plain sailing for the former Chelsea player, who was criticised by Rossoneri coach Massimiliano Allegri earlier in the match.

In the opening minutes, Allegri could be heard shouting ‘He’s walking!’ about Loftus-Cheek, via MilanNews, with the coach unimpressed by the Englishman’s lack of movement.

Loftus-Cheek was not the only target of the coach’s early criticism, though, with the Italian shouting at Youssouf Fofana  to ‘Wake up! You’ve only touched the ball once so far.”

The English midfielder, who is playing in a more advanced role alongside Christopher Nkunku this evening, made a good run to get his head on the end of a ball from Zachary Athekame.

Allegri still managed to find time for a backhanded compliment after the goal, reportedly shouting “The first run he makes and he scores!”
