6. Cole Hocker just ran 2:16.30 for 1000 meters, that mile in ASICSSound Running will be fantastic! Cole has a 4:52.92 for 2,000m, 8:07.31 for 2 miles, and 2:16.30 for 1000 meters. I’d say he is ready to do the MILE smackdown!

9. Special shout out to the staff at the Hampton Inn Albobendas in Madrid , Spain. Great service, great wifi, great breakfast, wonderful coffee and Sangria!

10. Fave restaurant in Madrid, this trip: El Tipico! Modest priced Paella, the salmon on toast is perfect appetizer, and Sangria, mui bueno! Gustavo, the owner, has had restaurant, his life dream, for ten months, please go and tell them Larry & Kathy, his friends from Wisconsin, sent you!
