Halle, Germany (February 16th, 2026)– In a closer bout than expected main event on a seven-bout DreamBoxing DAZN card at Heristo Arena in Halle, Germany, on Saturday night, February 15, 2026, former World Cruiserweight champion, ‘Captain’ Marco Huck, won a 10-round unanimous decision at heavyweight over Czech cruiserweight veteran Vaclav Pesjar.

Huck, 44-5-1 with 28 knockouts, age 41, a Serbian fighting out of Berlin, Germany, weighing 220 pounds, outworked Pesjar, also age 41, 26-23 with 21 knockouts, Plzen, Czechia, weighing 231 pounds. It was Huck’s fifth bout in eight years, since getting stopped by Oleksandr Usyk, attempting to regain the World Boxing Organisation World Cruiserweight title in September 2017 at Max Schmeling Halle in what proved to be Huck’s last title bout.

Huck used repeated headshot attacks (some behind the head), and consistent body shot combinations to win on the scorecards. Pesjar had a solid hands-up defense and attempted counters (at times wide) but apparently showed up in good enough condition to give the ring rusty aging Huck a run for his money and remain in the house. Huck and Pesjar were both 41 years old at the time of this bout. How Huck would fare against a younger opponent remains a serious question mark, as his conditioning for this bout and current lack of finishing power against an opponent finished by a 10-0 Ukrainian heavyweight prospect in November 202,5 five months ago, raises questions about where Huck’s latest comeback attempt is going. Huck did get some stay-busy solid work in.

 DreamBoxing Halle Official Undercard Results:

Bujar Tahiri won by referee’s technical decision over Carlos Rivero, Middleweights

Calito Cumic won by knockout in two rounds over Alen Lauriolle, Heavyweights

Hannes Brune won by fourth-round stoppage over Almir Skrijelj, Cruiserweights
