The enduro segment has never been more refined. Kinematics, geometry and suspension performance are operating at an exceptionally high technical level. Many bikes work astonishingly well, and more often than not it is nuances, not night-and-day differences, that set them apart. That makes the factors beyond outright performance all the more important: service, warranty and the quality of the overall system behind the bike.
Because what good is the best bike if no one is there to help when it really counts? If spare parts are unavailable, workshop appointments take weeks or a warranty claim suddenly becomes a matter of interpretation? If dealers are overstretched, responsibilities between manufacturer and system partners become blurred and you are left with just one thing: downtime instead of trail time.
In a market where bikes can easily tip into five-figure territory, support becomes currency and trust the deciding factor when you buy.
That is why we do not just want to test how well bikes ride, but how well the entire system behind them performs. Not based on marketing promises or glossy policy statements, but on your real-world experience: when buying, during setup, in a service case and in everyday use. We want to understand what is really happening out there.
Your answers are anonymous. They help us highlight strengths, clearly identify weaknesses and paint a realistic picture of the market. The survey takes around 5 to 7 minutes.
