Four games on Saturday’s EIHL schedule

A four-game Saturday schedule is coming up in Week 24 of the 2025/26 Elite Ice Hockey League season.

In the early start, Guildford Flames host Sheffield Steelers from 6pm. The Flames sit sixth as they look to finish as high as possible for playoff seeding. Sheffield are third but could move into second with a win following Cardiff’s defeat on Friday night. The Steelers have won all six meetings between the sides across league and cup this season, scoring at least four goals in every encounter.

From 7pm, fourth-placed Nottingham Panthers travel to face fifth-placed Manchester Storm. The Panthers are coming off an impressive midweek Challenge Cup win over Sheffield and could move into third – or even level on points with second – depending on other results. Manchester ended a run of losses last weekend with an overtime win over Glasgow and have now played beyond regulation in seven of their last eight games.

Dundee Stars host Coventry Blaze from 7pm, with both sides looking to bounce back from defeats last time out. Dundee snapped a losing streak with a win over Fife last weekend but were beaten in Guildford midweek. Coventry suffered their first regulation loss of 2026 on Sunday in Sheffield and currently sit mid-table. The Stars face a tough task in their playoff push, needing to make up 16 points with the same number of games remaining.

Finally, Glasgow Clan welcome Fife Flyers to a sold-out Braehead Arena for a Scottish derby. Clan hold a 16-point advantage over Dundee to remain inside the playoff places and are just three points off climbing further up the table. Fife, meanwhile, need to make up 19 points on Clan in their remaining 14 games if they are to keep their post-season hopes alive.
