Releasing in June, the physical version of Formula Legends includes eight DLC packs, plus a poster and four lithographs.
Following its initial launch on PC and consoles last September, Formula Legends is getting a deluxe physical release for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch.
Dubbed the ‘Legacy Edition’ and published by Microids, the new physical version is set to release on 4th June and will include eight post-launch DLC packs. Pricing for the Legacy Edition is yet to be confirmed.
At the time of writing, five DLC packs are currently available: Turbo Power, Pioneer, Tech Pack, Raw Power and Early 2010’s Season Pack. More DLC is planned for the indie racer between now and the physical release in June.
Each pack contains additional cars inspired by different eras of Formula 1, while the Early 2010’s Season Pack also adds a new career season.
Along with the DLC, the Legacy Edition will include a poster and four lithographs.
Developed by 3DClouds, Formula Legends pays tribute to the illustrious history of Formula 1 racing, featuring fictional vehicles inspired by iconic race cars, accessible vehicle handling and stylised visuals.
A career mode sees you work your way up from the 1960s to the present day, with tyre wear, fuel consumption and changing weather making races unpredictable.
Since it launched in September, post-release updates have added PC wheel support, visual damage and reworked vehicle handling in response to player feedback. Upcoming updates are also set to add new eras inspired by the 2026 regulations and the 1950s, with online multiplayer planned for April.
