UFC 326 Basics and Overview

UFC 326: Holloway vs. Oliveira 2 is one of the most anticipated mixed martial arts events on the 2026 Ultimate Fighting Championship calendar so far. The year started strong. We are only in February so far, but there have already been some amazing events. Set to take place on Saturday, March 7, 2026, at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, this one should top all of them. The card will stream live on Paramount+, with a historic simulcast on CBS that brings UFC action back to major broadcast television. It will be simulcasting select preliminary bouts and part of the main card in primetime, the first time a UFC numbered event has appeared on the network under the new media rights deal with Paramount and TKO Group.

The event’s main card begins around 9 p.m. ET, with earlier prelims starting at 7 p.m. and early prelims at 5 p.m. All are subject to change once the final fight order is confirmed. In addition to the headline bout, the card features a range of ranked contenders and fan favorite fighters across multiple weight classes, illustrating the depth of talent and competitive matchups that the promotion is known for. The state UFC is in right now is arguably the best it has ever been, which is confirmed by the more frequent top tier events, new sponsorship deals, and legends having multiple fights per year. For the fans who are only in it for the big ones, this is one of those.

Headline Event Analysis

Headlining UFC 326 is a BMF (Baddest MotherFucker) Championship rematch between perennial MMA superstars Max Holloway (Ambassador of Stake.com) and Charles Oliveira, a fight rich with history and implications for both men’s legacies. Their first meeting came more than a decade earlier, in August 2015, in a lightweight bout that ended in just 1 minute, 39 seconds due to an injury stoppage. Therefore, it left a whole bunch of unanswered questions about how Oliveira might respond to Holloway. Since then, Holloway rose to become one of the most prolific fighters in UFC history, amassing numerous records at featherweight before capturing and defending the symbolic BMF title.

Oliveira’s career also evolved dramatically, with an 11 fight winning streak at lightweight, a UFC championship, and yearly battles against elite competition across multiple years. After a period of what is an average career for most fighters, this rematch not only settles an old, unfinished chapter but also has broader implications. A victory could reposition either fighter for future title contention and cement their status among all time greats. The BMF title itself, a non traditional belt born out of fan passion, adds a unique competitive and cultural edge to this matchup. The narrative is what often drives fans to enjoy combat sports, and UFC recognized the potential in this one.

Latest Odds and Predictions

For those who want to bet on UFC 326, here goes the most interesting part. As mentioned, mixed martial arts bouts are among the most exciting for bettors because a lot can happen. Whether in the first minute or so or after a full fight, it can be unexpected despite there usually being clear favorites and underdogs. Starting with the early preliminaries and preliminaries and into the main card, we now analyze the odds for each of the fights.

The event starts with a light heavyweight duel between Luke Fernandez from the USA and Rodolfo Bellato from Brazil. For the American, it is his debut, while the Brazilian has a 1-2-2 record in his last 5. This is why the rookie fighter out of the USA is the favorite with 1.41 odds versus the Brazilian’s 2.95.

In the featherweight division, Korean Joo Sang Yoo was supposed to fight the Peruvian Gaston Bolanos. Yoo has a 9-1 record while Bolanos is at 8-5 and 2-2 in his last four4. The Korean was the favorite here, with 1.47 odds, while his opponent was only at 2.70. However, Yoo withdrew due to a foot injury and was replaced by Lee Jeong-yeong.

Rounding up the early prelims is a flyweight division matchup where Su Mudaerji (18-7) from China faces off against Jesus Aguilar from Mexico (12-3). The Chinese fighter is only 2-3 in his previous five, while the Mexican favorite is 4-1. Despite this, Su is the favorite with 1.38 odds, a big disparity from Aguilar’s 3.10.

Moving on to the prelims, Cody Durden (17-9-1) goes up against Nyamjargal Tumendemberel (9-1) in the flyweight division. Durden from the USA is the underdog here with 2.20 odds, as he is only 1-4 in his previous five. His Mongolian opponent is at 1.68 as the favorite to win it, with a 1-1 as his recent record.

In the featherweight division, it is the American, Ricky Turcios, with 13-5 against the Venezuelan, Alberto Montes, with 11-1. Montes is a clear cut favorite according to the bookies, since he got 1.46 odds to take this bout. Turcios will have a slightly taller task as he is stuck with 2.75 odds.

To finish off the preliminaries, we have a bantamweight duel between Cody Garbrandt from the USA, with a 14-7 career record and 2-3 in his previous five, against Xiao Long from China, with a 27-10 and 1-2 in his last three. These are two very experienced fighters, and Long fares better in odds with 1.67 over Garbrandt’s 2.22.

On to the main card, middleweight is up first with Gregory Rodrigues (rank 13) versus Bruno Ferreira (rank 15). Both Brazilians are 4-1 in their last five, with Rodrigues at 18-6 and Ferreira at 15-2 for their careers. It is a roughly even matchup on paper, but the bookies do not see it that way. Rodrigues, as the better ranked and more experienced, is the favorite with 1.51, while his countryman gets 2.60.

Rob Font and Raul Rosas Jr. fight next in the bantamweight division. Font is a rank 13 fighter, while Rosas Jr. is unranked. Both are Americans, with the former being a much more experienced and much older fighter. At 38 years old, Font has a 22-9 career record with 2-3 in his last five. At only 21 years of age, Rosas Jr. is at 11-1 and 4-1 in his last five. There is no surprise that the younger fighter is the favorite with 1.55 odds versus 2.47 of his older rival.

The penultimate fight of the night is another middleweight bout between rank 7 Caio Borralho from Brazil and rank 8 Reinier de Ridder from the Netherlands. Both are 4-1 in their last five, but the Dutch is more experienced with a 21-3 career record as opposed to 17-2 by the Brazilian. As for the odds, Borralho is a heavy favorite with 1.37, as de Ridder has only 3.10, the biggest difference of the event.

Finally, in the headline event of the night and the titular fight, two legends of the sport go face to face. Rank 4 Max Holloway is 4-1 in his last five and has a 27-8 career record, while rank 3 Charles Oliveira is 3-2 in his previous five and has a 36-11 career record. The sportsbooks and experts see Max as the clear favorite, giving him 1.52 odds to take this fight, while Charles is the underdog with 2.55 odds. Two years younger, a bit taller, and with a much shorter reach, it seems Holloway will keep his BMF title, which he won in 2024.
