Trans Am Reveals Broadcast Details

CHARLOTTE — Racing America announced details regarding the broadcast and production of the 2026 season of the Trans Am Series presented by Pirelli.

Beginning with the Racing America season opener at Sebring International Raceway on March 1, fans will be treated to an elevated live broadcast production, while maintaining the spirit and core excitement that the series’ fans have enjoyed for years.

This season, events will be broadcast for free on RacingAmerica.TV, the Racing America 24/7 Streaming Channel (available on The Roku Channel, My Free DirecTV, LG Channels and PLEX), as well as on the official Trans Am Series YouTube channel (@TheTransAmSeries). Internationally, broadcasts will air on REV TV in Canada.

As announced in January, renowned broadcaster Allen Bestwick will serve as the lead commentator for Trans Am broadcasts in 2026.

Bestwick will be joined in the booth by a variety of special guests throughout the season, starting with Andy Petree for the season-opening broadcast from Sebring.

In addition, longtime Trans Am commentator Ben Cissell will once again be a key figure in Racing America broadcasts, bringing driver’s stories to the broadcast through his pre-race grid walks, pit lane interviews and Winners Circle celebrations.

Emily McCarty will executive produce the broadcasts for all Racing America live events in 2026.

Live Race Services will work alongside Racing America at each event and will provide additional production resources throughout the season.

Finally, for more in-depth storytelling, Racing America will produce and distribute “Road to Glory,” the 12-episode docuseries produced by Kevin Mooney and Racing America Media. Road to Glory, presented by CUBE 3 Architecture, will offer fans a behind-the-scenes look at the Trans Am Series’ 60th-anniversary season.
