Watch: Williams driver walks away from horrendous Suzuka crash

Williams Formula 1 reserve driver Luke Browning walked away from a horrendous accident in a Japanese Super Formula test at Suzuka.

The young Brit, who will contest the championship for Realize Kondo Racing this year, was testing at the Japanese Grand Prix circuit in wet conditions, when the crash occurred.

Approaching the notorious 130R left-hander before the final chicane on the lap, Browning lost grip on the slippery surface and skittled towards the Tecpro wall.

Upon impact, the 24-year-old’s car vaulted the wall entirely, coming to a stop upside down on the grass verge that slopes upwards behind it.

Thankfully, Browning escaped the wreckage unharmed.
