With less than 24 hours until Pokemon Day 2026, the final batches of leaks are still coming in, and some of these are honestly baffling. There are a few worth talking about, including one that looks like starter-related images and another that is more of a theory that has been put together by one of the Hidden Power podcast guys. Here are the final Leaks before Pokemon Day 2026 including some New Gen 10 Leaks!
Some of these leaks may end up being real, but possibly in a different way than people think.
Pokemon Day 2026 Leaks
Below are three new Leaks ahead of Pokemon Day 2026.
The “30th anniversary logo” starter image leak
The first leak comes from an account called OsPeCar89, claiming they found an image with the 30th anniversary logos. The post says the fire starter looks like a parrot.
This has been spreading for less than 12 hours, and what is interesting about it is that these may not even be the starters.
Even if these do look like real Pokemon, it is important to remember how easily fakes can be made now, especially with AI. 4chan has been a mess with that lately, and a lot of people have been taking everything with a grain of salt.
Still, there is a real chance these are actual Pokemon designs that could show up in Gen 10, Wind and Wave, even if they are not the starters. The little green one looks like it could be Grass and Electric, which would be an awesome typing. The other looks like a flamingo Archops or a parrot, with red and pink colors that feel like it could be Fire, maybe Flying, maybe even something like Fire and Fighting.
The biggest thing that throws the green one off is the eyes. Starters usually have that wide-eyed, doughy look, and these eyes do not feel like that. That does not make it impossible, but it is a reason to question whether this is truly a starter leak or just a real Pokemon design getting mislabeled as a starter.
If these were starters, they would be two of the more interesting “leaks” that have been floating around. It also makes it even more noticeable that there is no clear water starter shown here.
Either way, it is still fun seeing people run with the 30th anniversary logos because those logos look great and are going to get used a lot.

The Pokemon Champions “drop on Pokemon Day” Bait
Next up, an account called Cathonics or Cathotics posted something tied to Pokemon Champions and claimed high confidence that Champions is dropping on Pokemon Day.
That claim has been debunked by someone pointing out it was bait, and also noting that the asset appears to be from Pokemon Home.
Two things can be true at the same time here.
First, if the image is a Pokemon Home asset, that absolutely makes it weaker as “proof” of a Champions shadow drop.
Second, just because an asset is from Home does not mean it cannot be connected to Champions in some way. It could easily be part of the system where Pokemon are moved into Champions directly through Home, and Home would need to show something for that.
The argument about releasing a new online multiplayer game right before the weekend is also interesting. Normally, launching a big online game on a Friday sounds like a support nightmare because of time zones and weekend surge traffic.
But this is Pokemon. They do what they want, they sell a ton, and they have the resources to staff support however they need to. If they wanted to launch it on a Friday, the logic could also be that people play more on weekends than weekdays, so it is actually a great time to do it.
The “asset is from Home” point matters, but it does not automatically disprove a Champions release.
The timeline still feels like it is either tomorrow or sometime later in March or early April. If it is not tomorrow, that early spring window still feels like the latest it can go without starting to feel strange.
The big theory: a secret mainline project called Karasu
This last part is the most interesting, and it ties into a rumor that has been floating around for a while: there may be a secret mainline project that is not in the Terror Leaks timeline at all.
A long post from Soul Silver Art, connected to the Hidden Power podcast, breaks down what “Project Karasu” could mean and why it might matter.
The key idea is that Karasu, which apparently means crow in Japanese, could be the codename for a new mainline project. The theory also points out Merro, which may not be in the discussion by accident and could be tied to the project in some way, possibly even as a mascot-style hint.
If Karasu is real, it supports the idea that Game Freak’s internal plans do not always happen exactly like the timeline suggests. That makes sense because Pokemon changes plans constantly, and the Terror Leaks were from 2024. A lot could have changed since then, especially with the fallout from leaks.
What could Karasu actually be?
The theory lays out multiple possibilities:
-
a codename for the Gen 10 DLC (the timeline included an unnamed Gaia DLC, with Gaia being Gen 10’s codename)
-
a new project that replaces the Gaia DLC entirely
-
an evolution of the old “third version” idea, now that third versions have mostly been replaced by DLC
-
a rework or replacement of “Ringo,” which was listed as the third Legends project in the timeline
-
an entirely new experimental mainline project, separate from both the base game and Legends
-
something tied to Johto or Galar, since both have strong bird and crow associations
-
a new Black and White project, potentially tied to older remake rumors and the idea that plans changed after a third-party remake concept was scrapped or reworked
One of the biggest points is that remakes are considered mainline games, and there were third-party Black and White remake rumors in 2023 and 2024. If those plans got scrapped or changed, it is possible that something new replaced them.
If Karasu is real, it could be the “secret game” people have been hinting at, and it could be something that gets announced at the 30th anniversary Presents to make the day even bigger.
Why Pokemon Day would be the time to reveal a secret project
If Pokemon wants the 30th anniversary to be the biggest single day in Pokemon history, then stacking announcements makes sense.
Fire Red and Leaf Green are already confirmed. Pokopia is close. Champions is still unclear. Gen 10 is heavily expected.
If Pokemon adds one more surprise on top of that, like a secret mainline project or a Black and White related reveal, people would lose their minds.
It would also fit the pattern Pokemon has used before, where multiple major releases end up in the same general window. That kind of move would turn late 2026 and early 2027 into an absolute banger stretch, especially after years where it felt like fans were waiting forever between major moments.
Final thoughts heading into Pokemon Day
There are murmurings from multiple leakers that a secret project exists and could show up during the Presents.
Some of the image leaks might be real, but not in the way people think. Some of the Champions chatter might be bait, but it still does not fully rule out a shadow drop. And the Kurasu theory is one of the most well-thought-out breakdowns of what a “secret game” could be and why it might matter.
With Pokemon Day less than 24 hours away, the waiting is almost over.
