Triple H Reacts To Danhausen’s WWE Debut

Triple H shares his thoughts on Danhausen’s WWE debut.

After teasing his free agency, Danhausen officially debuted as the mystery figure inside the crate that first appeared on the February 16 episode of WWE Raw before making its way to Chicago for WWE Elimination Chamber.

Ahead of the main event, RAW General Manager Adam Pearce and SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis opened the crate to reveal a coffin inside. Smoke filled the stage as dancers wearing face paint emerged.

Danhausen then stepped out of the coffin and made his way down the ramp. After handing Michael Cole a jar of teeth, the former ROH star joined the dancers in the ring before disappearing when the lights went out.

During the Elimination Chamber post-show, Jackie Redmond asked Triple H for his reaction to the debut.

“Commenting on the crate and Danhausen… Michael Cole got a nice bucket of teeth. I think we’re in for a fun time,” Levesque said.

Danhausen’s appearance drew a mixed reaction inside the arena and online. The 35-year-old was previously signed to All Elite Wrestling, where he also competed for Ring of Honor.

Injuries sidelined him for extended periods, and AEW picked up injury time before exercising his contract option despite his desire to opt out. Danhausen’s deal eventually expired ahead of Elimination Chamber, paving the way for his WWE arrival.
