AEW Dynamite is still less than 48 hours away, but the card is already stacked — and Tony Khan just added another high-impact tag team bout to the lineup.
Darby Allin will team up with Orange Cassidy to take on Gabe Kidd and Clark Connors, now operating under the name The Dogs. Khan made the announcement on social media, confirming the match as tensions between the four men continue to escalate.
The rivalry traces back to Kidd’s involvement with the Death Riders during their feud with Allin late last year. Allin scored a victory over Kidd at AEW Worlds End in December, seemingly closing that chapter. But things reignited when Connors returned to AEW in January, aligning with Kidd as his Unbound Co. faction partner from New Japan Pro Wrestling.
Orange Cassidy has been pulled deeper into the conflict as well. A former enemy of the Death Riders, Cassidy previously teamed with Tomohiro Ishii to defeat Kidd and Connors on the February 18 episode of Collision. Now, with Allin back in the mix, the stakes rise again. This newly announced tag match joins an already loaded Dynamite card.
Here’s what’s confirmed so far for March 4 AEW Dynamite:
• MJF vs. Kevin Knight for the AEW World Heavyweight Championship
• Jon Moxley vs. Hechicero
• Thekla vs. Thunder Rosa for the AEW Women’s World Championship
• Darby Allin & Orange Cassidy vs. Gabe Kidd & Clark Connors
With championship gold on the line and rivalries boiling over, AEW isn’t waiting until the last minute to build anticipation.
