There are just three rounds left in the Women’s Division and four in the Men’s as the race for promotion or playoff places hots up in the Energia All-Ireland League.
Check out this week’s fixtures below and take a look back at the highlights in Division 1A here and in the Women’s Division here.
Women’s Division
Unbeaten UL Bohs (1) look certain of a home semi-final and a win against Belvo (4) would rubber stamp it. Meanwhile Blackrock (2) are just ten points ahead of Railway Union (3) as they face off this weekend.
Men’s Division 1A
There’s a classic Northside v Southside Dublin derby on Saturday as Clontarf (2) host Old Belvedere (7); meanwhile Lansdowne (4) at home to Young Munster (6) will have a bearing on the race for a Top 4 finish.
Men’s Division 1B
Old Wesley (1) at home to Instonians (3) in Energia Park could be a cracker of a game and there’s a varsity clash in College Park when Trinity (2) host UCC (8).
Men’s Division 2A
MU Barnhall (1) seem nailed on to claim the top spot with just four rounds left and a seventeen point lead but they will be intent on finishing strong. Next up for the unbeaten Leixlip side is a trip to Old Crescent (9). Meanwhile Shannon (3) are at home to Dungannon (2) in what promises to be match of the day in Division 2A.
Men’s Division 2B
Galwegians (1) are the second unbeaten team in the Men’s Divisions this season; they’re on the road to Malone (5). The big game in 2B has to be Rainey (4) at home to UL Bohs (3) with twelve points between them in the table.
Men’s Division 2C
The title race is still wide open in 2C with just five points separating the top three teams. Clonmel (1) are at home to Belfast Harlequins (9), Bective (2) make the shirt trip to Monkstown (4) for our pick of the day, while Thomond (3) are at home to Malahide (10).
