The U18 Girls travel to Lancashire on Wednesday 28th August for the Quarter Final T20 tie. Having finished runners up in their T20 group, the side qualified for the national knockout stages which culminate in a Finals Day on Sunday 8th September.

The group stage saw the side compete across 5 days of T20 double headers playing Worcestershire, Gloucestershire, Wales, Devon & Oxfordshire.

The campaign got off to a slow start with the 1st two T20s getting called off due to poor weather vs Worcestershire. The side then travelled to Devon which saw them dismissed for 56 in game 1 before turning it around in game 2 to chase down 129 against the eventual group winners.

The next round of fixtures saw Berkshire host Oxfordshire. Both games saw Berkshire bat first and post 185-3 & 176-4, which included a maiden hundred for Poppy Camplin. The side defended the total on both occasions winning by 67 & 44 runs respectively.

Gloucestershire were the next opposition, who were dismissed for 56 in game 1 while defending a score of 106. Game 2 saw a narrow 1 run defeat. This left it all to play for the runners up spot in the final round of fixtures with Berkshire going into it with a 3-point lead over Gloucestershire.

A trip to Wales was on the cards for the final round of fixtures. The side produced two strong performances chasing 81 for the loss of 1 wicket in 12 overs. The 2nd T20 saw Berkshire post 141 and bowl Wales out for 77. Picking up the 2 wins as well as the required bonus points saw Berkshire finish 2nd and progress to the knockouts.
