WWE’s Alicia Taylor Calls Out ‘Creepy’ Fans Crossing Personal Boundaries

WWE ring announcer Alicia Taylor is drawing a line with fans, making it crystal clear that certain online behaviors have crossed a dangerous line. Taylor took to her Instagram Story to call out what she described as increasingly strange and frequent messages from individuals who mistake professional courtesy for personal friendship.

Taylor, who has been with the company since 2018, noted that she finds the current trend of interactions to be “INSANE and CREEPY AF.” The announcer clarified that while she appreciates genuine messages of support, a single response from her does not grant fans access to her private life.

“I guess this needs to be said, because it’s happening more frequently,” Taylor wrote. “1st: I appreciate fans and messages of support. If you are a fan and I respond to you, this does not mean that we are now BFFs.”

A Catalog of “Weird” Interactions

Taylor provided specific examples of the boundary-crossing behavior she has endured, ranging from persistent communication to unsolicited invitations in real life. She detailed receiving daily voice notes and constant requests to meet up for dinners or concerts whenever WWE’s touring schedule brings her to a specific city. She noted that these fans are often “talking to themselves” after she stops responding to the barrage of messages.

“I DO NOT want daily voice messages from you, we are NOT hanging out, NO you cannot take me to dinner when I am in town, NO we are not going to concerts together,” Taylor stated firmly. She concluded her public address by labeling the persistence of these fans as “F*****ING weird behavior,” signaling that her patience with the situation has reached its limit.
