Skilled Cycle Mechanic

The Bike Drop CIC is a community-focused bike shop delivering high-quality servicing, repairs and refurbished bikes. We pride ourselves on expert mechanics, honest advice and fair prices. We’re looking for an experienced mechanic to join our shop and workshop. Reporting to the Regional Enterprise Manager, you’ll drive financial performance, social impact, customer loyalty and team culture.

You’ll work well within a team of mechanics, ensure exceptional service standards, maximise workflow of customer bikes and refurbished bikes. The role is hands-on servicing and repairing bikes, supporting training and delivering excellent customer service. You’ll balance seasonal demand, maximise profitability and help ensure continued reinvestment into the community.

You bring significant cycle industry experience and strong technical knowledge, with the confidence to lead from the front in a busy workshop. You’re organised, commercially aware and comfortable managing performance, workflow and targets. You take pride in high standards, communicate clearly with both customers and team members, and enjoy developing others, particularly supporting trainee mechanics to grow in skill and confidence.

Independent Sales Representatives and Dealers– The Netherlands and Germany

Tannus International is expanding in the Dutch and German market. We are looking for dealers and sales representativesWe are a global leader in puncture-proof cycling technology, with 30+ patents and distribution in over 40 countries. Millions of riders rely on Tannus every day. Our mission is simple: eliminate flat tyres.

Now we’re looking for an independent sales professional ready to grow our presence across the Netherlands and Germany. As well as dealers within those regions.  Duties of this opportunity include the acquiring and onboarding bike shops and cycling retailers. Promoting the Tannus product range. Supporting dealers via our B2B ordering platform. Increasing brand visibility in your territory.

We are looking for someone with experience in sales (cycling industry preferred) and with a strong network in Bike Industry. They need to be entrepreneurial and self-driven. As well as being fluent in English and registered as self-employed (valid VAT number required).

Operations Manager

Founded in 2019 Dyfi Bike Park is based in Machynlleth mid Wales at the heart of a thriving MTB community. We are a small, agile team who run a thriving, energetic and growing business welcoming up to 800 riders every weekend. We are ambitious to grow and our needs are changing fast: this a big opportunity for the right person to be an important part of our development!

You will need to be a highly organised people-person; both a team-player and a self-starter who takes a pride in driving projects forward. A strategic thinker who is adaptable, resilient and willing to put in the work to get things done. The role requires a confident manager who will ensure safe, efficient, and profitable day-to-day operations, focusing on top-quality visitor experiences delivered with an appreciation of our core MTB positioning.

You will be working with the Board and fellow managers to deliver on both the ongoing needs of our existing trails and infrastructure and to introduce new projects and additional facilities.

You should be confident to deliver our day to day organisational needs and to manage a large and diverse group of staff. You should be commercially minded, with a proven ability to deliver increased profit while maintaining the authenticity and integrity of our core offering. You will be adept at operational planning, analysis, and collaboration to ensure the highest standards of visitor satisfaction.

Digital Coordinator

The Digital Coordinator will support the day-to-day delivery of digital marketing activity. This includes helping to  organise and implement digital campaigns across all brands, coordinating assets and timelines with internal  teams and external partners, and ensuring activities go live accurately and on schedule. You’ll also assist with  basic campaign reporting and performance tracking, helping the wider team to review results and identify  opportunities to improve.

You’ll provide hands-on support with website content updates and merchandising – researching, uploading and  optimising content across brand platforms, supporting product launches and promotions, and ensuring product  listings and onsite information remain accurate and up to date. Regular site audits will help to maintain content consistency and a positive customer experience.

Retailer and Brand Store communications are another key part of the role. You’ll support the distribution of  digital toolkits and campaign materials, while helping to monitor engagement across digital initiatives.

The role also supports ongoing performance tracking by maintaining reports and compiling data for analysis.  You’ll gain hands-on experience with website analytics, campaign performance, engagement metrics, and SEO,  building a clear understanding of how digital marketing activity drives commercial performance.

Workshop Manager

Wicked Bikes is a busy bicycle workshop and retail space based at Hackney Bridge, a lively canalside destination surrounded by cafés, restaurants and creative businesses. We are a small and friendly team of riders and mechanics who enjoy what we do and take pride in offering reliable, high-quality service to our local cycling community.

We are looking for an experienced and confident Workshop Manager to join our team full-time. This role suits someone with strong mechanical skills who also enjoys coordinating daily workshop activities. While you will continue to carry out repairs and technical work, your main focus will be organising the workflow, scheduling jobs, and allocating tasks to the mechanics to ensure the workshop runs smoothly.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing a friendly, professional experience and clear communication regarding repairs, timelines, and solutions. A strong customer service background and a customer-oriented approach are essential. You will work within an established and supportive team environment, where experience, reliability, and good communication are highly valued
