Women’s golf is stepping confidently back into its own spotlight this year as the Women’s Australian Open returns to Adelaide as a fully independent national championship from 12–15 March 2026. The schedule shift to March allows the tournament to fit far more naturally into the global women’s golf calendar after several seasons paired with the men’s event.
Kooyonga Golf Club, a jewel of Adelaide’s sandbelt, is primed to host a genuinely world‑class field.
