The lightweight showdown headlines the card scheduled for Saturday, April 4 in Las Vegas. The preliminary bouts begin at 5 p.m. ET / 2 p.m. PT, followed by the main card at 8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT, with all fights streaming live on Paramount+.
Renato Moicano Returns to Headline
Fan favorite Renato Moicano (20-7-1), fighting out of Brasília, Brazil, returns to the Octagon determined to deliver another memorable performance. Known for his elite grappling and submission skills, the Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt has earned impressive victories over top competitors such as Benoit Saint Denis, Brad Riddell, and Alexander Hernandez.
Currently ranked No. 10 in the UFC lightweight division, Moicano hopes to start his 2026 campaign with a statement victory and move back into title contention.
Chris Duncan Eyes Breakthrough Moment
Standing across the cage will be Scotland’s rising contender Chris Duncan (15-2), who enters his first UFC main event opportunity riding a four-fight winning streak.
The Glasgow native has built momentum with stoppage wins over dangerous opponents including Terrance McKinney, Jordan Vucenic, and Bolaji Oki. A victory over Moicano could propel Duncan directly into the lightweight Top 15 and firmly establish him as a new contender in one of the UFC’s deepest divisions.
High-Stakes Strawweight Clash: Jandiroba vs. Ricci
In the co-main event, No. 3 ranked strawweight contender Virna Jandiroba (22-4) meets No. 7 ranked Tabatha Ricci (12-3) in a matchup with major title implications.
Jandiroba returns to action following her recent bid for the UFC strawweight championship. One of the division’s most dangerous grapplers, she is tied for the most submission attempts in strawweight history with 16, a record built through victories over top fighters including Yan Xiaonan, Amanda Lemos, and Loopy Godinez.
Ricci, a Brazilian jiu-jitsu and judo black belt fighting out of Ventura, California, looks to continue her surge toward title contention. “Baby Shark” has scored impressive wins over Amanda Ribas, Angela Hill, and Tecia Pennington. With a win, Ricci hopes to become the first fighter to finish Jandiroba while vaulting herself into the championship conversation.
