Legendary Female Star Silently Returns On WWE SmackDown

WWE is moving fast-paced ahead to its next PLE, Bash in Berlin. The mega show is set to take place at the Uber Arena, in Berlin, Germany on Saturday, August 31. The momentum has been building up on the main roster shows, however, on the latest edition of SmackDown, a former 3-time Women’s champion made her presence felt after nearly months of absence.

Which former 3-time WWE Women’s Champion was featured on SmackDown after months of inactivity?

During the August 23rd edition of Friday Night SmackDown, wrestling veteran Natalya was the narrator of a vignette to promote the WWE Bash in Berlin. The video showed WWE’s rich history with the native land of Germany, showed Nattie’s legendary uncles, Owen Hart, British Bulldog and Bret Hart, as well as showcased an edition of Monday Night RAW taking place in Germany.

The Queen of Harts also shared a heart-felt message on X, stating that it was great to look back at those wrestling moments in Germany and showered love for the fans in the country.

“I love looking back on so many special wrestling moments in Germany and nothing but love for our German fans… eine liebe”

Natalya was last seen on WWE television, back in June 2024 on an episode of WWE NXT. Amidst her contract coming to an end, it was reported that she had re-signed with WWE in July but has yet to return to television programming.

As for the WWE Bash in Berlin, four matches have been announced for the card, including top-tier WWE superstars like Cody Rhodes, Kevin Owens, Gunther, Randy Orton, CM Punk and more. With Natalya making her presence felt and outlining the history of the global juggernaut with Germany, it could be a possibility for Natalya to make her return to WWE TV at Bash in Berlin.

So, we will have to wait and see if The Queen of Harts does resurface back in Germany.
