Top Batting Milestones and Century Makers in BBL 2021/22
Ben McDermott emerged as the leading run-getter in the 2021/22 BBL season. The wicket-keeper batter had smashed a whopping 577 runs in just 13 innings for the Hobart Hurricanes.
His tally of 577 puts him in fourth in the list of most runs in a single BBL season, currently led by Marcus Stoinis (705 in the 2019/20 season).
Jonathan Wells was the other batter to cross the 500-run mark in the 2021/22 season, as he scored 510 in 17 innings with the help of four half-centuries.
