3/11: Fun & Unique Events Added to the 2026 FCG Summer Championship Season Tournaments : Future Champions Golf Tour

One of the things that makes the Future Champions Golf Tour special is that our events are about more than just tournament golf. Every summer we bring together players and families from around the world to compete, connect, and create unforgettable experiences.

In addition to our major championships, the 2026 schedule includes several fun and unique side events designed to bring the FCG community together and give players opportunities to compete in creative formats.

Here are a few exciting events families can look forward to this summer.

Tournament Schedule

FCG International Par 3 Contest

πŸ“ July 3, 2026 – The Executive at Lakehouse

During the final day of the FCG International Junior Golf Championship, players will have the opportunity to test their short game in the FCG International Par 3 Contest.

This exciting shootout-style competition focuses purely on precision and creativity around the greens. Players will face a series of fun and challenging par-3 holes where the goal is simple β€” hit it close and make birdies.

The Par 3 Contest has become a favorite among players because it provides a relaxed and entertaining competition environment while still showcasing the skills that make great golfers: distance control, creativity, and clutch putting.

It’s a perfect way to wrap up an incredible week of international competition.

FCG International Stableford Championship

πŸ“ July 3, 2026 – San Marcos Area

Also held during the final day of FCG International is the International Stableford Championship, a fun alternate-format competition open to players ages 11–18.

Unlike traditional stroke play, the Stableford format rewards aggressive scoring and risk-taking, encouraging players to chase birdies and eagles rather than simply protecting par.

Players earn points based on their score relative to par, creating a fast-paced and exciting leaderboard where momentum can change quickly.

For many players, the Stableford Championship is one of the most fun competitions of the week β€” allowing them to play freely and attack the golf course.

FCG Callaway Parent-Junior Championships

πŸ“ July 11, 2026 – Rancho Mirage, California

Family is a huge part of the FCG culture, and one of the highlights of the summer is the Parent-Junior Championships held during the FCG Callaway World Championship week.

These events allow juniors to team up with a parent in a fun team format while competing on the same world-class courses used during the championship week.

With two Parent-Junior divisions, families can experience the thrill of competition together while creating memories that last far beyond the tournament.

Many families say this is one of the most meaningful events of the entire summer, bringing parents and players together on the course in a unique team atmosphere.

Vovex Parent-Junior Team Event

πŸ“ June 7, 2026

Earlier in the summer, families can also participate in the Vovex Parent-Junior Team Event, a special competition designed to celebrate the partnership between parents and young golfers.

This event focuses on teamwork, strategy, and shared competition, as parents and juniors combine their skills to compete as a team.

Events like this highlight what makes junior golf so special β€” the family journey that comes with developing a young player’s game.

More Than Just Tournaments

The FCG Tour hosts over 150 events annually and brings together players from around the world, creating one of the most globally connected junior golf communities.

Our summer championships β€” highlighted by the FCG International Junior Golf Championship and the FCG Callaway World Championship β€” are designed to give players not only elite competition, but also fun experiences that make the journey unforgettable.

From creative formats like Stableford and Par-3 contests to family competitions like the Parent-Junior Championships, these events are a reminder that great golf memories are made both inside and outside the tournament rounds.

We can’t wait to see players and families from around the world join us this summer for another incredible season on the FCG Tour.
