Stacks Explains Why He’s Part of Birthright Faction

Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo is clearing up why he’s part of NXT’s Birthright faction — even though he isn’t a second-generation wrestler.

After some fans questioned his place in the group, Stacks took to Twitter on March 11, 2026 to respond directly. He posted a screenshot of a fan comment explaining his connection to the faction and joked that the answer was actually very simple: “This should clear things up. #BirthRight.”

The screenshot he shared showed a fan bluntly explaining why Stacks is included in the group despite not having a wrestling lineage. “He f*****.” In real life, Stacks is engaged to Arianna Grace, the daughter of Santino Marella. Because of that relationship, he’s tied into the faction’s “family legacy” concept even though he isn’t a second-generation wrestler himself.

The Birthright faction recently formed on WWE NXT and centers around wrestlers with strong family connections in the industry. The group is led by Lexis King, the son of Brian Pillman, and also includes Uriah Connors, the son of Fit Finlay. The faction grew even stronger during the March 10 episode of NXT when Charlie Dempsey — the son of William Regal — betrayed Tavion Heights and officially aligned himself with the group.

While most members of Birthright are tied to wrestling royalty through their families, Stacks’ connection comes through his relationship with Arianna Grace — something he clearly has no problem joking about online.

Do you think Stacks fits in with the Birthright faction, or should the group only include second-generation wrestlers? Let us know your thoughts and leave your feedback below.
