Shotzi Blackheart’s Brother Located After Going Missing Following Car Crash

Just one day after Shotzi Blackheart went public about her brother going missing following a car crash in San Francisco, she had some good news to share.

On March 10, Shotzi took to Twitter and asked the public for help locating her brother Deano after his vehicle was discovered crashed near the Fort Mason and Marina District area. Security footage reportedly showed him walking away from the wrecked car, raising fears about his safety. Shotzi explained at the time that her brother was undergoing dialysis and might have been confused or disoriented, which made the situation especially alarming for the family.

“MISSING PERSON – SAN FRANCISCO My brother Deano is missing. His car was found crashed near Fort Mason/ Marina District – San Francisco, and security footage shows him walking away from the vehicle afterward. He may be confused or disoriented. He is currently undergoing dialysis and is not himself, so we are very worried about his safety. If you see him PLEASE contact immediately: Detective Smith 415 561 5146 Please share this to help us find him.”

Thankfully, less than 24 hours later, Shotzi shared an update revealing that he had been located. In a tweet on March 11, she told followers that her brother had been found and was receiving medical care: “My brother has been found and is being taken to the hospital.”

After confirming the good news, Shotzi also took time to thank the thousands of people who helped spread the message across social media and raise awareness about the situation. She made it clear that the response from the public meant a great deal to her family during an extremely stressful moment.

“We are incredibly grateful to everyone who shared the post, reached out, and helped spread the word. The support and kindness from so many people truly means the world to our family. Thank you all so much.”

What started as a frightening missing-person situation quickly turned into a massive online effort to locate Deano — and fortunately, it ended with the kind of update everyone wanted to hear.
