Reinier de Ridder has one noticeable hole in his game that can lead to a hugely positive shift if rectified according to someone RDR has previously tested skills with. The former two-division ONE championship titleholder under MMA rules is coming off of yet another loss in the UFC after an initial hot start in the organization.
“Yeah, I didn’t get to watch the full match. I did get some bits and pieces. But yeah, Reinier is; he’s always been a gamer. He’s a tough guy. He seems like he gets tired and keeps going always, you know [laughs]. Always gets tired, always keeps going. But yeah, it seems like if he could fix that cardio issue, maybe he’ll have a little bit more success. But he’s doing great over there in the UFC, and yeah, all the best to him.”

“I came up a little short. I think it could have gone either way but I’m happy that I got my body back most importantly. I was able to go three hard rounds. I think I have a lot more to show. I brought you guys donuts because I need you guys heavy, I need you guys strong because I’m coming at 205 [pounds], baby.”
