The Bella Twins return, get WWE Women’s Tag Team title shot next week

The Bella Twins got themselves inserted into the WWE Women’s Tag Team title scene last night on Smackdown.

Nikki and Brie returned for the first time on television since the Royal Rumble and were at ringside during the title match between The Irresistible Forces versus Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair. The two eventually interfered after Jax attacked them earlier, with Brie going after Nia Jax towards the end of the match causing a disqualification.

Jax and Legend had the last laugh however, leaving both the Bellas and their original opponents laying in the ring.

The Bella Twins will now take on Jax and Legend on next week’s episode of Smackdown with the WWE Women’s Tag Team titles on the line.
