How to watch Milan-San Remo 2026

Cancel all your plans and prepare your snacks. Milan-San Remo and the greatest finale in cycling are coming to light up your screens this Saturday, March 21.

The peloton’s mass assault on the Poggio and the nailbiting canter down the Via Roma regularly serve the best 20 minutes of racing of the season.

And for the second year in a row, our nerves will be set jangling twice in one day.

San Remo Women returns Saturday after its 2025 inauguration and is scheduled to finish a few hours ahead of the men’s finale.

How will racing play out in this first monument of the year?

That’s the beauty of “La Classicissima.” Nobody will know until it happens.

Will Tadej Pogačar tick off one of his missing monuments with a long bomb that defies the MSR script? Or will Mathieu van der Poel and Jasper Philipsen foil King Pog once more?

Or maybe outsiders like Tom Pidcock and Filippo Ganna get the better of the bigs?

Who knows, we could even see the first men’s mass sprint down the Via Roma since 2016.

On the women’s side, is it Lorena Wiebes vs. everybody? The world’s best sprinter delivered in a big bunch kick last year.

Attacking climbers like Pauline Ferrand-Prévot and Demi Vollering will be hatching plans to prevent Wiebes from pulling a repeat.

Fan favorites and podium hopefuls Michael Matthews, Mads Pedersen, and Neilson Powless will all be joining us in watching MSR from the couch. These three picked up injuries earlier in the year and are sidelined.

San Remo race schedule: Saturday March 21:

• San Remo Women, 156km: 1030 CET – 1420 CET approx.
• Milan-San Remo, 298km: 1000 CET – 1630 CET approx.

Both the men’s and women’s races will be broadcast live worldwide, and post-event highlights packages will also be available. Some broadcasters have rights to screen the full 300km of the men’s race, for those of you who are really bored.
