This is my daily chat with #RunBlogRun viewers and track fans on all things track & field! We go LIVE Monday-Saturday, at 10 Am Central time in the U.S.A. Email me at [email protected]!

Our topics:

4. The United Airlines NYC Half Marathon had 30,000 plus runners and walkers on the streets of New York, around the same time that high school track athletes were competing on day 4 of the NIKE Indoor Nationals, just 8.1 miles away! Hellen Obiri won the women’s half in 1:06.33 NCR and Adriaan Wildschutt became first South African to win the half, winning the men’s race in 59:30 with a wicked kick.
