Dreams FC head coach Winfred Dormon has revealed the secret behind his team’s impressive form in the Ghana Premier League and MTN FA Cup, attributing it to hard work.
The team struggled in the first round of the 2025/26 Ghanaian football season but appears to be a revived side in the second round.
In their last five matches in all competitions, Dreams FC have picked three wins and drawn two, establishing themselves as one of the most in-form sides in the local league.
Over the weekend, Winfred Dormon masterminded the team’s 2-1 win over Medeama SC, a result that has seen the league leaders lose their top spot at the end of Week 26.
Asked about his team’s current form during his post-match interview, Dormon stressed that it’s all down to the team’s hard work and change in mentality.
“Well, it has been our attitude; nothing beats hard work and mentality. We know we have a very good team, but we need to do more. Our hard work and consistency are what are bringing the results,” the Dreams FC coach said.
Up next for the Still Believe side, they will take on Hohoe United in their next Ghana Premier League fixture. In the MTN FA Cup, Dreams FC have a date with Medeama SC in the semi-finals in April.
