The Ultimate Fighting Championship returns to Kaseya Center in Miami with one of the most stacked cards of the year, as UFC 327 features two major championship fights.
Headlining the event, former UFC light heavyweight champion Jiří Procházka will face surging contender Carlos Ulberg for the vacant UFC light heavyweight championship.
The co-main event will see reigning flyweight champion Joshua Van make his first title defense against undefeated rising star Tatsuro Taira.
Procházka Looks to Reclaim UFC Gold
Procházka (32-5-1), fighting out of Brno, returns to the Octagon with hopes of reclaiming the UFC light heavyweight crown.
The fan-favorite striker is known for his aggressive style and holds victories over top contenders, including Jamahal Hill, Dominick Reyes, and Khalil Rountree Jr.
Standing in his way is Ulberg (14-1), who enters the bout riding a remarkable nine-fight winning streak since joining the UFC.
The Auckland native has defeated notable names including Dominick Reyes, Alonzo Menifield, and former champion Jan Błachowicz.
A victory over Procházka would mark the biggest moment of Ulberg’s career and secure him the UFC light heavyweight title.
Joshua Van Defends Flyweight Championship
Flyweight champion Joshua Van (16-2), fighting out of Houston, will defend his title for the first time after rapidly rising through the 125-pound division.
Van captured the belt less than two years into his UFC run with impressive wins over Brandon Royval, Bruno Silva, and Cody Durden.
His challenger, Taira (18-1), arrives with an impressive resume and hopes to make history for Japan. The 26-year-old prospect has scored victories over former UFC champion Brandon Moreno, Hyun Sung Park, and Alex Perez.
If successful, Taira would become the first Japanese-born UFC champion of the modern era.

UFC 327 also includes several high-profile bouts featuring ranked contenders and former champions.
Heavyweight contender Curtis Blaydes faces undefeated Josh Hokit.
