The Celtics were already getting along nicely even without Jayson Tatum. Now Tatum is back from his Achilles’ injury and the C’s are even better. They are 4-1 in their last five games. One of their rare recent losses was against the Thunder, but it came by only two points, was played in OKC, and Tatum was out. The rematch is inside TD Garden — and with Tatum. It is true that the Thunder have won 12 games in a row, but their toughest competition has been competitive during this stretch. They defeated Denver in overtime, got past that same Denver team by three points a couple weeks later, also beat the Knicks by three, and then scored their two-point win over the Celtics. Despite being on a 12-game streak, OKC is 3-9 against the spread over those 12 contests.
Oklahoma City Thunder vs. Boston Celtics best player prop bet: Jaylen Brown Over 1.5 three-pointers (-136)
Brown has made multiple threes in three of the last four games. Although he shot a modest 1-for-4 from deep in the previous meeting with Oklahoma City this season, this is a favorable matchup for him at the perimeter. The Thunder are surrendering the ninth-highest three-point shooting percentage to opponents in 2025-26 (36.5) and they are allowing the third-most triples per game (14.3). They just watched the 76ers launch 46 attempts from downtown earlier this week, of which 17 were made. Brown drained just nine of 21 two-point attempts against OKC in their March 12 matchup, so he may be inclined to dial long distance more often on Wednesday.
