The Green Bay Packers learned of a number of their former players getting a second chance at football. This time it comes in the United Football League (UFL). To be exact, 17 former players were signed to various teams.
Here are the names.
17 Former Packers Make 6 Different UFL Teams
To the best of my ability, and please correct me if I missed someone, here are all of the former Packers — no matter how little time they actually spent with the club — who made the final cuts for the eight UFL teams in 2026.
- QB Taylor Elgersma
- RB Tyrion Davis-Price
- TE Tyler Davis
- OL Zack Johnson
- EDGE Kobe Jones
- QB Jalen Morton
- TE Alize Mack
- TE Cam McDonald
- S Henry Black

- OL Cole Schneider
- EDGE Keshawn Banks
- QB Michael Pratt
- RB Jarveon Howard
- LB Michael Barrett
- LB Tariq Carpenter
Some of these names spent real time on the team, even making the 53-man roster. Those names include Tyler Davis, Henry Black, Keyshawn Banks, and Tariq Carpenter. Many of the other names spent time on the practice squad or spent time with the team during training camp.
It will be interesting to see if any of these former players can make a name for themselves in the UFL. We rarely see players jump from the UFL to the NFL, however it has happened.
