Fantic Bikes has launched its new website, designed to deliver a more complete digital experience and guide users throughout the entire discovery and purchasing journey, thanks to the Click & Collect feature that integrates online and retail. The website aims to strengthen relationships with dealers and build an effective customer experience for end users.
A brand known for breaking conventions, Fantic has built its identity by interpreting youth culture, combining a rebellious spirit with a strong racing DNA.
Founded in 1968, Fantic Motor has long been defined by this rebellious attitude and racing DNA, which now also drives the Fantic Bikes division as it enters a new phase of growth in the off-road and e-MTB segments.
This journey evolves with the launch of the new website, designed to guide users throughout the phentire product discovery process, from the initial exploration of the range to the in-store purchase.
Alongside the digital project, Fantic Bikes has also introduced a brand restyling unveiling the new claim #makeitfun and a refreshed visual identity, from new fonts to graphic and creative elements, designed to express the brand’s rebellious and racing character even more directly.
This marks the first step in a new phase for Fantic Bikes, the beginning of a series of developments expected throughout 2026.
“The new website represents much more than a digital update for us: it is a tool designed to communicate the Fantic Bikes world more effectively and guide users throughout the entire discovery and purchasing journey, comments Nicola Baggio, General Manager – Bike at Fantic Motor. With this strategic project, we aimed to create a platform capable of enhancing the product while also strengthening our relationship with our dealer network, which remains a central element of the Fantic experience. This project marks the beginning of a new phase for the brand.”.
The new website has been designed to be much more than a simple showcase; it is a dynamic space that guides users along a structured journey: from interest to purchase, from online to offline.
The website adopts a Click & Collect model, seamlessly integrating these two dimensions: users can explore the entire range, dive into technical features, innovations, and details of each model, order their eMTB, and then complete the purchase and pick-up directly at their preferred store.
For the development of the project, Fantic Bikes relied on Arsenalia, a consultancy firm specialized in digital transformation. The result is a drive-to-store model that strategically connects digital channels with physical retail experience, strengthening the link between the digital channel and the retail network.
The launch of the new website therefore represents the first step in a broader evolution path in terms of positioning, which will see Fantic Bikes take centre stage throughout 2026.
